Since 2021, E.D.T. Solutions LLC. additional on-site and virtual service strands offer a 3-part alignment framework that addresses the systemic problems arising from, high exclusionary discipline events, cultural, health, wellness, and reading proficiency deficits post Pandemic crisis era.

 Our Restorative Systems and Support Services and Redesigned Alternative K-12 Program Alignment Framework Address Loss of Learning or Loss of Instruction Time areas: Discipline/ Conduct/ Safety; Social Emotional Learning [SEL]wrap around service alignment; and Science of Reading literary proficiency analysis along with targeted Restorative Professional Development and Training series. The ultimate outcomes of the deliverables are enhanced Behavior/Social/Academic Learning Platform utilization of Restorative Practices and Strategies That Work for each Client’s project!

  • E.D.T. Solutions operations will grow into a three –tier organizational structure and services format fully implemented over the next three years’ School Districts/Sites cycles on or before 2025.

    In Tier One, the company will be lead and operated by Dr. William Broadnax, founder and COO. Independent Consultants and Out-sourced services will be assigned to each Project.

    In Tier Two, and Tier Three, the company will utilize subject matter expertise in the below areas by partnering with contract consultants in each of the targeted Loss of Learning or Instructional Time areas below. 

 

Tier – One

  1. Chief of Operations Officer
  2. Human Resources, Marketing, Research and Recruitment Division
  3. Project Products, Services and Deliverables

Management team is responsible for the overall management, supervision, and evaluation of all program staff and services statewide.

Tier – Two

  1. Division of Professional Development, Training and Technical Support
  2. Division of On-Site and Virtual Programs and Services
  3. Division of Program Evaluation, Monitoring and Data Analysis

Management team is responsible for the program design, staffing, training, technical assistance support and evaluation statewide.

Tier – Three

  1. Project Consultants
  2. Area Consultants
  3. Project Support Staff
