Solutions, LLC as a Restorative Behavior/Social-Emotional/Academic Services Provider will send a positive message to federal, state, and local funding agencies that your District/School Site is committed to providing equitable educational opportunities for minority and underserved populations [staff, students, and parents].  Our chief aim is assisting your organization in obtaining full compliance with recent Loss of Learning or Loss of Instructional Time restorative based discipline, safety, social-emotional, and reading reform legislation

  • Provides training in how to work effectively with School Systems. Staff, and Students with high or minority over-representation exclusionary discipline events.
  • Has developed a Restorative Student. Conduct Systems and Support Alignment Framework. 
  • Has developed a Redesigned Alternative K-12 Design Framework
  • Expert on student discipline /conduct and mindsets of Restorative Systems, Staff, and Student alignment framework reform initiatives [4-A’s] on-site and virtual platforms.
  • Has adjudicated more than 5,000 Parent /Student /School Discipline/Conduct Hearing at K-12 school sites.
